Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these
Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
Users are defined as: Teacher, Student, or parent.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you
disagree with any part of
the
terms then you may not access the Service.
Services:
The service provided by Educology is intended to help Students/Parents find and connect with the right
Tutor
to provide the tutoring service online through any communication platform or Offline (face to face).
Educology is an app that connects simultaneously Students seeking help in a specific course to qualified
Tutors, in order to find and locate each other to schedule a tutoring session. It allows high school and
university students to find, book and coordinate with a qualified tutor.
Educology does not employ any Tutor, and does not have any control over the quality, timing or legality
of
the services actually delivered by Tutors, nor of the integrity, responsibility or actions of Students.
Educology does not refer or recommend either Students or Tutors nor does Educology make any
representations
about the suitability, reliability, timeliness and accuracy of the services provided by Tutors or the
integrity, responsibility or actions of Students. Educology does not assume any responsibility for the
accuracy or reliability of any information provided by Students or Tutors on or off the Site.
Registration process
The student:
The student may register with the basic information according to the requirement. The demand for
services
will be submitted through a demand form carrying subject requirements and academic level for the tuition
required. The students have an option to share the feedback and rate the tutor after finishing the class
and
availing the service of the tutor. The financial requirements will only be fulfilled after finding and
booking with the right person.
The Tutor:
The tutors will become a registered member as a tutor at the application after filing all required
information to request entry to the database and after approval of the admin.They will ONLY be approved
as a
tutor on the application after submitting all required information. After the authentication process
ONLY,
the platform can be used to be hired for services.
Payment System
For Students
Multiple payment systems are accepted from the students which include all master & Visa cards
through
Myfatoora payment gateway. After the final acceptance from the tutor, the student is liable to
submit
the
payment through the application. On satisfactory feedback by the student, the payment is released to
the
tutor after completion of the class.
For Tutor
The tutors will be directed to upload payment method, and required details in order to receive
payments
into
their account. The account or payment method will be verified through prescribed procedure; which
may
take
around 5 working days. After completion of the session, the tutor will receive his/her payment after
7
working days as a maximum period.

Educology works as an intermediary only, as such, the user of Educology, whether parent, student,
tutor
or
other, unconditionally and irrevocably agrees that Educology, its owners, creators and/or employees
shall
not be held liable or responsible for any actions, negligent acts, omissions or other made by
Educology’s
users.
